At TPA, counter told me that they upgraded me to an SUV. Says it's a 4-Runner. OK, haven't had one in a while, can't remember if it has a cargo screen so I don't say anything.
She hands me the keys, and one of the fobs has been chewed - bad. Lots of teeth marks, and all three buttons are missing. Yikes. At least the other one looks ok. Go out and realize that in addition to the 28000 miles, the interior condition is slightly better than the key fob, but not a lot.
Go back and get another counter rep. Politely explain that I need to entertain business guests, and this vehicle isn't going to work. He gave me a 4000 mile G37. Quite an upgrade.
I've never seen a key fob that looked that bad before. I can't believe that someone hadn't just thrown it away......
