I got a great deal on the Radisson Blu for 3 nights at the beginning of July, I was wondering if I should pay another 70 euros a night to upgrade to Regent....is the Regent so much better?

SwissCircle May 19, 09, 12:35 pm I would rec. the Regent. Its much, much better. It also has avery nice restaurant with very decent prices for lunch. KiwiRob May 21, 09, 4:18 pm If it's anything like the Regent in Zagreb it will be in a completely different class to any Radisson SAS/Blu hotel that I have stayed in. hok May 28, 09, 11:52 am Yes, you should do it. The Regent Berlin is really a very nice hotel. Restaurant comparable to the Sea-Grill in Brussels hok Non-NonRev May 29, 09, 1:39 pm The Regent is a former Four Seasons hotel, and the property has been well-maintained since the change of flags. If you make the change, to the Regent, try to get one of the deluxe rooms on the 7th or 8th floor with views of the Gedarmenmarkt. Stayed in a third level cornersuite last Oktober during the festival of light. When you have the Berlinerdom in sparkling colours 50 meters away on the other side of the river, and the Fernsehturm 100 meters from your left hand balcony, the views of Gedarmenmarkt gets quite "ordinary"! |
