Hertz - Hertz "Affordable Europe" - 2009 edition
Hertz has a discount of up to 30% on European rentals via CDP 1853260
Details are at:
https://www.hertz.com/rentacar/specialoffers/index.jsp?targetPage=EURSaveupto30.jsp&Category=F&TabLink=tlink6
This worked out to a 15% discount on a 2 week Green Collection rental I have coming up. Does this seem like a reasonable deal? Are there any PCs which could be stacked?

I believe the link you gave is actually a different PC than the Affordable Europe which you have as a CDP....so in fact, what you listed is already two different promotions....

You have to change the Country of Residence on Hertz.com to United States to see the 30% off promotion. With the UK website, I see a $30-off promotion instead.
The Travel Partners Club CDP still gives me a better rate for the locations I checked in the UK.

This Europe promotion does not include the UK. Where does one find promotions for the UK? When I look at Global Destinations under the Special Offers menu at Hertz.com, none of the promotions mention the UK.

www.hertz.co.uk change Country of Residence: to uk click Go some special offers on the country home page more under Special offers

I'm not sure what you mean, but I don't have any PC on the reservation, just CDP 1853260 (as referenced in the link I've sent). Could you clarify what you mean?

I need to rent a car in Italy and this seems like a good rate. When I read the terms and conditions under this offer. It states:
"Reservations must be made at least 8 hours prior to vehicle pickup, and 14 days prior to departure for mailed vouchers using the applicable PC#."
Can anyone explain to me what is this "mailed vouchers" meant? Will I need to present a voucher at pick up? Also, is it safe to decline CDW and theft insurance if my credit card cover oversea rental?
Thanks
