Hertz - Problem with coupon code?!

I'm using the code from this page: https://www.hertz.com/rentacar/specialoffers/index.jsp?targetPage=under25feewaived.jsp&Category=W&TabLink=tlink2

When I try to reserve a car, I get a message saying I haven't met all the requirements. I'm renting from CA, mid-June. Anybody see the reason why it's not letting me go through??

Ok, I see it says this: This offer has no cash value, may not be used with Pre-pay Rates, Tour Rates or Insurance Replacement Rates and cannot be combined with any other certificate, voucher, offer or promotion.

Does that mean I CANNOT reserve online and I must do it over the phone/in person?

It worked for me. I would just call the 800 number and try to reserve it with them. There is no fee to reserve over the phone.

Really? What did you put in?


EDIT: Hmm. Before, I was quoting for a weekend, but I just went back and did it for a week and it went through.
