Does anyone know the meal service in F on CX 251 HKG-LHR?

It's F - you can have whatever you want, whenever you want. They load caviar, salmon, dinner type stuff and breakfast type stuff. But what you have and in what combination and when is entirely up to you.

If I can have whatever I want, does it mean I can mix and match my dinner course with some western and some chinese favourite? Because most people I seen just stick with one type
