I don't think they are available yet. SanDisk claims theirs will be available in the second half of the year (http://sandisk.com/Corporate/PressRoom/PressReleases/PressRelease.aspx?ID=4505):
Production for the 32nm 32Gb X3 is expected to begin in the second half of 2009.
