Cathay Pacific Asia Miles - HKG-SFO First Class Seat?

I checked on Cathey's website, all flights between HKG and SFO are 744.

However, how do I confirm whether they have the new first class seat when I book the ticket?

All 744 flights are new seats in all 3 classes.

On this sector very unlikely they would swap to another aircraft that did not have the new seats.
