Cathay Pacific Asia Miles - How long in advance can I book AA with Asiamiles?

I tried to book an AA roundtrip for early 2010 (domestic US flight) with Asiamiles and was told there are no flights bookable right now. I was told to try again later, but not given a particular date.
Anyone know how long in advance once can do this?

When and where?
Asiamiles usually load availability about 10 months ahead for most carriers.

from my experience with redemption on AA using Asiamiles, you should go to aa.com and use their reward booking system (click on the AAdvantage redeem miles box) to check if there are award flights available.
usually what i find is that if it's available on the aa.com website, then you can get it with Asiamiles. obviously, if it's not available for AAdvantage members , then you won't be able to get it either.

Wait a month, Asia Miles usually have a good 10-month schedule. Now is May, and from May to March 2010 it's roughly 11-month (counting May). I would say try again in June.

What about flights available for MilesAAver vs. AAnytime? Are both of these types of flights redeemable with Asiamiles?

No - there is only one category of award with AsiaMiles. The availability is unlikely to match either of the AA categories exactly.
