Asiana Club - OZ Customer service/ reservations e-mail
I have been trying to contact OZ reservation about an upcoming trip on OZ ex HKG- need to request bassinet HKG-ICN and ICN-TAS and special meals. The London OZ office is saying since the itin originates in HongKong I need to speak to HKG office, which I have not been able to contact in the past three attempts. I sent them a fax for which I have not got a reply so far either (more than 2 weeks).
Is there a customer service e-mail I can use? Or am I better off going to OZ office in LHR T1 next time when I am passing by and see if they can sort it out?

:rolleyes: A typical OZ thing IMHO.
Any OZ office should be able to help you and not just the office of the country where you will eventually start the flight. I would call London again and if this doesn't work, try the US.
And if all fails, call the SYD office which is very helpful and will help you in a heartbeat.
I called HKG this morning- they said since it is a third party booking I have to contact the third party. Then I tried DEL, who did the bassinet request and special meal request without any problem^
Strange customer service indeed!!

I was going to suggest calling Korea - they are usually much more up to scratch, and would have been a much better experience provided that the English skills of the agent is good enough.

My bookings on OZ always involved a third party (SA in this case) and I have found that the only way to get a response from OZ is to contact their LAX office (details on the website) where the personal is really helpful.
