Qatar Airways Privilege Club - QR ticket conditions??

I am trying to buy a ticket from Paris to Osaka with Qatar. In the fare conditions I see this: TF.TRANSFERS/RTGS
FROM/TO FRANCE: UNLIMITED TRANSFERS PERMITTED ON THE PRICING UNIT
FARE BREAK AND EMBEDDED SURFACE SECTORS PERMITTED ON THE
FARE COMPONENT.
What does that mean??? What kind of transfers?

You do not need to worry about that. The fare basis is the same for originating in most places in France in addition to Paris. The transfers refer to to the other cities connecting to QR in Paris, eg Lyon, Toulouse etc.
