Budget Travel - From AMS to SYD sidetripping to KHI
interludes

Dear All,
Im planning a trip end of the year, and would be awesome to have a bit of ideas, if there could be a cheaper routing.
I'm based in AMS, and need to visit KHI, and then SYD towards new years.
My budget for this is EUR 1400.
Best routing I could lookup:
EY: BRU-xAUH-SYD with a separate ticket AUH-KHI (cost: EUR 1400ish)
* Would a travel agent be able to work up a cheaper routing? maybe via LON? in which case I would need to call up the only sulky agent I know! :td:
Thanks!

You can get this cheaper, if you book it on one multi-stop ticket! I found the flights
BRU-MUC-AUH-KHI
and KHI-AUH-SYD
for 800 UK Pounds on Kayak.co.uk, first leg in November, second on the 29th, and I'm sure you can get this cheaper if you play a bit with the dates and the destination airport. AMS would be unfavourable, as neither EK nor EY fly there (don't ask me why!?!). But if you can make it to Brussels, or take a low-cost flight to London and start there (price would then be 760 Pounds), things are easier and cheaper!

Thanks a mill for starters! Didnt think was getting any leads on this one.
Could you please hint on how you managed?, I tried putting in multistop in kayak but was only getting 1000+ prices. Heres how I tried:
BRU - KHI
KHI - SYD
SYD - BRU
Changing to BRU - MUC / MUC - KHI / KHI - SYD didnt work either.
How do I plug in your itinerary?
Help please  ...
Thanks!
