Cathay Pacific Asia Miles - Best flights to take on PVG-HKG-MNL?

Quick question about the best flights to take on a planned PVG-HKG-MNL flight. Since there are so many daily trips between PVG-HKG and HKG-MNL, I was wondering what the best two flights would be when traveling on a Sunday or Monday. Not really pressed for time, but I would prefer not to do a morning flight. Anything around lunchtime or after would be great, and hopefully the flights (particularly the one from PVG) have PTVs and have better seats. Wouldn't mind spending a good couple of hours waiting at the HKG lounge as well. And any flight on either day which have a higher chance of being overbooked on the really off-chance of an op-up for a SL member would be a plus!

Although you don't seem to fancy a morning flight, maybe do consider the 9.45am departure out of Shanghai. Arrival time is quite convenient at noon and you have some potential layover time before the onward flight.
