I've search around on the Asiana website and unless I'm being totally stupid there isn't an obvious way I can book a flight (based in the UK) from LHR - SYD.

If I put in the departure point as London it doesn't give me SYD as an option.

Can anyone suggest a way I can book this flight using the Asiana web site?

I doubt that you will get the best price using the OZ website - try an online travel agent website or high street travel agent instead.

Wel, if you flying through LHR

justtheflight.co.uk has pretty good deal and they show you which booking class the ticket is in. I personally think that it helps a lot when choosing which ticket to go for.

Hope that helps

I flew Asiana LHR-ICN-SYD last year in J, shopped around all the main travel agents and the best price I got was through Travelmood.

Excellent service http://www.travelmood.com/

All sectors were very good, just if you were not aware you have to o/night in Seoul on the way home as both legs are day flights, OZ provide a hotel, but we decided to stay at the Hyatt at ICN to save the coach ride, etc. to the hotel which was evidently 45 mins drive away.

In town hotel (45 mins away) is in Seoul. So if you like to see a new place, maybe go for the provided-hotel?
We always stop over on way out as well, and chose Millenium Hilton last time. If you do that, it's worth taxiing down to KCALT (in town air terminal) to check in and drop your bags. You can do that first thing, including emigrating, so you only then need to get to Incheon, and there you avoid all the lines.

Thanks all.

Travelmood look okay. I'm only going down with Asiana, flying home via the US, so no stop-over required. Good to know for next time though :)

The airreview website talks about booking LHR-SYD in their Asiana review. (http://airreview.110mb.com/Asiana/index.htm)
