I noticed before that when FB Cygnific issues award tickets to Dutch FB members the email and eticket are in French and English (in that order) and Dutch no longer is part of the communications.
Today I ordered an award ticket thru the N American FB help desk (since I am currently in the US and wanted to use the free telephone number since the online booking tool was down) and now my ticket is in Dutch and English (that order).
Coincidence or ?
I noticed that the first issue (F/Engl) was not just for me but also for our kids and my wife, so I guess that problem is general.
Just curious if today was a fix or ...
