The reason I ask is because I tried to redeem 2 Y tickets from HKG to BKK on last Thu; the MPO told me that only one ticket was available. Right after I hang up, I tried to do the same redemption by log in MPC site, it worked - 2 tickets confirmed. This may be coincident but next time I would try it online before I call MPC. :p.
