DiversityInc released its "The DiversityInc Top 10 Companies for People With Disabilities List (http://www.diversityinc.com/public/5823.cfm)." Given there is at least one company that is travel-related, perhaps (or not) you may be influenced to direct some business to these companies.

DivsersityInc says "What makes a company a great place to work for people with disabilities? An inclusive culture that values people and allows them to be open about who they are. A workplace that accommodates people's needs so they can maximize their talent and skills. A marketplace that reaches out to people with disabilities and values them as customers."

1. IBM
2. Ernst & Young
3. Cisco Systems
4. Procter & Gamble
5. Kaiser Permanente
6. SC Johnson
7. Etna
8. Starwood Resorts and Hotels Worldwide (Sheraton et al)
9. Sodexo
10. KPMG

Other categories of diversity acknowledgment can also be accessed via links on their page. In my case, these would, and do, influence some of my travel and purchase decisions - particularly if a competitor has a poor track record in these areas.
