TOMMY and Gail Sheridan hit out at a budget airline yesterday after they were hit with a £870 bill for excess luggage.
The couple were dealt the shock after they went 58kg over their allowance on a £30-a-head Ryanair flight to Tenerife.
The couple had four bags for themselves, their daughter Gabrielle and another couple and their child who joined them on the trip.
But with only a 15kg maximum on each bag, the couple found themselves fined £15 for every extra kilo when they checked in at Prestwick airport.

The dude's wife is an FA. He should know better.

No, Ryanair is not a value if you're going to be 58kg over limit.

Calling for a legal crackdown on Ryanair makes no sense, you're not going to get Ryanair ticket pricing and forbid charging extra for things not included in a Ryanair ticket.

It's comical when one's delusion of self importance is revealed so publicly.:p
