All Nippon Airways Mileage Club - Club ANA and Signet

I haven't had much of a chance to use ANA lounges in the past except for a time or two at NRT (I am mostly on UA through KIX [and the Asuka Lounge], and elsewhere in Asia/Australia have used the SK or Koru club lounges as a *G).

I have read a bit on the ANA lounges but am curious about the virtues of the Club ANA and Signet lounges as I will have a chance to use them in the coming months at ITM and CTS. I am curious about updated info on the lounges in general (amenities, etc) and your recent experiences. I am UA Red Carpet Club Member -- since the RCC is as far as I can tell the industry laggard in lounges, I am hoping the domestic ANA lounges are a major step up!

The NH lounge at NRT is very nice, but the domestic lounges are pretty basic when it comes to amenities, facilities, food, beverage etc - it will be much more pleasant overall than a lot of the RCCs, but at the same time it's nothing worth writing home about. I wouldn't arrive any earlier than I would normally just to use the lounges.

Essentially, it's just a good place to get some work done or relax while waiting for your flight (and with minimum check-in time only 30 minutes prior to departure, there won't be a whole lot of time to use the lounge unless you arrived too early) and there are some basic snacks and drinks, but nothing too fancy.
