JetBlue TrueBlue - How long do you have to cancel a reservation

I saw this question asked recently and I saw the answer today on JetBlue's Twitter -

"To cancel a JetBlue reservation without a cancellation fee it must be cancelled within two hours"

NW & DL give you 24 hours but 2 hours is better then nothing . Its nice to know for the future . I wonder if this would change in the new reservation system .

It is a company policy thing, not a technical limitation. I don't think that the new rez system will make a difference on that front.
