Starwood Preferred Guest - Non-Hotel, CC Activity?

My travel is way down since last summer. As such, I'm going to run into the 1 year expiration on my Starwoods points in June.
I'd prefer not to do a mattress run to renew the points and not to apply / activate a Starwoods credit card. Is there any other low-cost activity that I can do in the next few weeks to get my account to show activity and be renewed for another year?

Dining at a participating F&B outlet perhaps?
