Hawaii-based Airlines - Anyone fly HA w/in last month and put a partner FF# on the record?

Doing OLCI for the SO tonight and noticed that the boarding pass does not show the NW WPs # we had called in. Spoke to web support and they assured me that the WPs # was in the reservation. That's not going to do me much help if HA fails to credit the miles and I need to fax in the BPs that need the WPs number on there.

So anyone flown HA in the last month or so have their partner FFQT number appear on their boarding pass? [Paging DanTravels]. I know they've shown for an itinerary I had earlier year. Thanks.

Update: Was able to get the number to show on the BP when we checked her in at the airport tonight with an agent.

Just haven't had any good experiences with Manilla in the past few weeks. Called about three times for separate things and it's taken far more effort than it's worth.

I have an OLCI BP printout right here for HA 181 on 9 Apr, printed 8 Apr, and sure 'nuff the last line before the gate/seat/time box says "HAWAIIANMILES:" followed by my NW WP#.

I didn't OLCI on my flight today, did change flights, and didn't look at my BP until just now, only to discover that it has my rarely used HA # on it! Oh well, I doubt one flight crediting to HA is gonna make me miss any NW/DL threshold I would otherwise have hit for the year. :)

Once the agent put in the right WP # at the airport for her outbound, it appeared on the OLCI BP for the inbound flight. Go figure.

Did you book the ticket using your HA miles #? Why not just book the ticket without a number so they never know to credit the flight to HA. Or is it like SW where they "find" the FFQT # for you and put it in without your knowing?

Thanks for the reply.

I was booking through Expedia, at approximately 3AM Saturday morning in the middle of a meeting that was running late (thus causing me to have to throw away my existing booking), and... I just looked at the itinerary, and yeah, Expedia knows my HA number and defaults to it for HA flights instead of my NW one. Whoops, my bad.

Oh well, now HA won't feel so unloved-by-me.

Off to delete my HA number from Expedia. ;)

All you need is HA to join SkyScream and you'll be set. :)

Had my family's AAdvantage numbers added to the ticket in HNL. Was very quick and the gate agent reprinted our boarding passes. Odd, though, that there was no way to add it during the online purchasing process.

All HA flights are not eligible for AAdvantage credit - that's probably why.

Is there a way to have the number added prior to OLCI?

You have to call HA. Last time I did it, they put me on hold to check if the fare indeed earns miles on the partner airline and said they wouldn't put it on otherwise.

Can you tell me what partner airlines I can get miles for on Hawaiian? I looked on their website and was unable to find a list of partners. I prefer United or Delta miles.

My brother and his lovely wife flew a roundtrip KOA-HNL-KOA back in May. He put on his AA FF# and she her NW FF#. Neither of them recieved credit.

I mailed the BPs to AA and NW and neither recieved credit. We all decided that as it was such a low number of miles just to drop the issue. It's still annoying though.
