Is selecting the EML seats non refundable ? When I cancelled my reservation with the EML seats I did not get back the 20$ charge for the seat . I wish it was noted that these seats are non refundable when I made the reservation .

Hmm, looks like you should get credit for the fee as well:

"Please note: If you purchase a nonrefundable fare, the Even More Legroom fee is also nonrefundable. All fees will be placed in JetBlue credit for one year. "

I would suggest doing a speakup or call 800jetblue to make sure you get it back... Sorry for the inconvenience of the extra unnecessary step of getting your money back...

The text you quoted says explicitly that the fee is non-refundable. Why would the OP get the refund back? Or are you saying it should go into a voucher account?

I took it as non-refundable in cash but a credit may be available to be used toward future JetBlue purchases.

Yes, credit as in JB voucher, not cash refund.

The EML fee is fully refundable to the original form of payment, IF your fare is fully refundable. BUT...you do have to make the extra step of contacting them to get it back....a step they keep promising me they are working on.....

Jetblue is about to transition to a new reservation system. I suspect that they are working on having that feature added to the NEW system. I doubt if they would invest more features in the current system they are about to dump.
