Hilton HHonors - Conrad Brussels - no bear?

My wife collects the little Conrad bears for our daughter (still to young to travel) and has collected 10 so far, albeit from Asian properties, but last night we stayed at the Conrad Brussels where at turndown delivered 2-bottles of water, but no bear (or monkey as in Bali).
Reception Desk confirmed that this property only provides gold members with water and have never provided bears/similar.
Anyone else have same/similar experience or are the bears (monkey) limited to Asian properties?

I never received a brea (or similar) in London, Maldives, Miami or Punta del Este.

Then based upon your/my experience I'll assume that the Conrad bears (monkey/elephants depending on location) are solely Asian gifts.

i received a sea creature from the conrad maldives - a fish ;-)

but nothing in the bathtub. They do have a range of sea creatures there but im not sure they give them out to all guests. we received ours as a birthday decoration on the bed.

i am told there are octopus, and other sea creatures available at the conrad maldives... and they have the logo printed on the tag of the creature ;-)

Not necessarilly so ;) although I have never seen a bear at the Conrad Brussels I got bears at the Conrad London (no longer a HH property) and at the Conrad Dublin.

The Conrad Miami gives a stuffed manatee instead .. got three so far;)

Do Conrad's generally give out something else besides the rubber ducky in the bathtub? I have only stayed at the Conrad Tokyo and recieved the duck. Actually now that I think about it, I did recieve a small bear key chain one night while I was there.

I was given (or more accurately, took) a yellow rubber duck at the Sheffield Hilton some years ago. It was emblazened 'Hilton Sheffield', so no surprises there.

Ditto!! I had the same immediate response. That would be an outrage, especially in Belgium.

Then based upon your/my experience I'll assume that the Conrad bears (monkey/elephants depending on location) are solely Asian gifts.

They are not solely asian gift, I have a cow from Conrad Chicago, but it is on request only.
