Diners Club Cardmembers can relax in two Premium Plaza lounges located in terminals 2 and 3 at the Changi International Airport in Singapore. The two lounges are open 24 hours and feature complimentary healthy snacks, hot beverages, juices, as well as, television, newspapers, magazines, local telephone service, Internet access and showers with amenities.

In Mexico, 11 new “Salon Premier” lounges will be accessible to Diners Club Cardmembers at airport locations in Cancun, Chihuahua, Ciudad Juarez, Guadalajara, Merida, Monterrey, Tijuana, Torreon, and Mexico City Terminal 1 and 2, which will feature three lounges. The Salon Premier lounges will be managed and staffed by AeroMexico, the largest airline in Mexico.

yes but on Diners Club Singapores own homepage. the link I send before, it says 1 time in one year.
Perhaps this is only for Singapore residents (i.e., holders of cards from Diners Club Singapore). Can anyone clarify this?

No additional restrictions, just the normal
Fees: Cardmembers please check with your issuer for terms and conditions of lounge access. Guest fee - S $30.
Except in Mexico:
Entry Conditions: Boarding Pass required. Flights on Mexican Airlines (regular and low cost) are not accepted. :eek:
Oh well, no flights on Mexican (nor to Mexico) coming up...
