I don't think this is CSC's fault. Most likely this is related to the service levels SAS and CSC have agreed upon. If it's CSC's fault, they would most likely pay substancial penalties to SAS for failing the Service Levels.

Again, I think this is a SAS issue. The Service provider only deliver what they have agreed upon with the customer, which is SAS.

( And just for the record, I don't work for CSC! )

Sure - but CSC Airline Solutions were SAS IT Group and of course SAS are getting what they pay for... Interesting that SAS don't find that their websites deserve high availability:td:
