Best Western Rewards - Best Western- Palm Beach Airport is a dump

Recently stayed overnight at Best Western PBI as flight arrived at 11pm.

Have to say that this just may be the worst BW hotel that I have ever stayed in. Bathroom had hair all over the floor and the sink was not clean.

Did you call the front desk and complain? If that was the only thing wrong, it hardly make it a dump.
