I purchased a non-refundable, non-changeable ticket on Air France from JFK to Paris via Orbitz. The flight originally left at 1am on a Tuesday morning, but the airline recently changed it to 930pm Monday evening.. I picked the flight because I could not travel any earlier than 12:30am Tuesday morning... can I obtain a refund for this ticket so that i can purchase a new one on a different carrier? Are they going to give me the runaround? Do i need to deal with orbitz or air france? Thanks much

I know on United, if the change was that great... you would be able to cancel.

Did you call Orbitz? They might be able to just rebook you to a time that works for you better.

Most airlines won't touch 3rd party tickets until you begin travel... but I do not have experience with Air France.

I would start with Orbitz... and just indicate that this change is not acceptable due to other commitments. When you call, have other options available.
