Marriott Rewards (including Ritz-Carlton) - Is Marriott still issuing the 2nd weekend night free EEO coupon?

I used to get the EEO coupons myself, but with a different job and less traveling, that perk has gone away. I've always had a couple sources to get access to the coupons, but it seems that they have disappeared from those sources. I see there are still plenty of 2nd meal free dining coupons available, so I'm wondering if Marriott just discontinued the 2nd weekend night free coupon from their EEO offers.

nm, i got my answer:
11.Offer cannot be combined with any other discount rates (except rates mentioned in line item #11), certificates, coupons, Advance Purchase, government, negotiated corporate, or group convention rate for Friday, Saturday, or Sunday night stays.
