Other Car Rental Programs/Partners (ie. Alamo, Enterprise, Sixt) - Leasing from DriveTravel

Does anyone have experience leasing a renault/citroen in Italy from drive travel? they are cheaper than renault usa but they require full payment ahead of time and charge and extra 2% for credit card payment.
Any info on the best way to rent a car in italy for an entire month would be really great!
