I am primarily *A flyer. I know *A mileage credit is based on the operating carrier irrespective of your ticketed flight number.

How does it work on Skyteam? Specifically, I am interested in KE/CI codeshares. If I book CI coded flight operated by KE, will it credit as CI flight or KE flight? How about KE coded flight operated by CI?

I'm not an expert but was always told that the flight number on your ticket was the one that counted. IE if it's a code share and you're flying under the KE flight number, then you'll get KE miles (if you can accrue them in some way -Skyteam, Skywards etc).
Having said that I was recently refused miles to my Flying Blue account from a codeshare flight in C between KQ and MK even tho I flew under the Skyteam partner KQ's flight number.
