Frontier Airlines EarlyReturns (Pre-Alignment) - How long for miles to post?

I took a flight this past Monday, but the miles have not posted on my account. Does it take a while for miles to post?

My experience is that it takes around 3-4 days to post. I would at least wait for 1 week before checking into it.
