I just called the ANZ callcenter to request a seat on NZ-2 in C. What they said is that they cannot reserve a seat for me because the flight was not booked through them. The only thing I could do is call BMI and ask them to send a request to ANZ.
Therefore, can someone tell me if this is correct.
Furthermore, I just checked on expertflyer the seat availability. Looks like there is only one seat (premium seat) available. Could I actually reserve a premium seat as a BD*G?
Update: I just called again and this time the agent could allocate the available "premium" seat to me. Therefore it looks like that *G can reserve these seats in the front cabin of the 747 as well.
