Best Western Rewards - Zurich - arriving early from Delhi next week; reservation for the night

Next week, my wife has a reservation for one night at the Best Western hotel near the Zurcih airport.

She will be arriving at about 6:30 AM that morning from Delhi. The next day she will be leaving for Canada (the flight leaves shortly after noon).

What are the chances that the room will be ready soon after she arrives at the hotel (I know there is a free shuttle; but she has to phone the hotel to send the shuttle for her)? We have indicated this in the file of the Best Western reservation, by telling the Best Western toll-free number call center agent in North America of this request.

If the room is not ready until virtually by official check-in time - what are her options to rest and relax, until the room is ready?

Note- she will have about 2 pieces of checked luggage.

I emailed the hotel about the question. The response was that housekeeping starts at around 7 AM; therefore if they arrive at the hotel around 8 AM, they will have a very high chance of getting a room without having to wait more than a few minutes.
