CO indicates EQM/EQS can be earned through partner Hawaiian Airlines (HA). Problem is, the HA website doesn't allow you to book by fare class - only by the up-to-three fare classes they present you for flights (three class options, of which First is many times the only one eligible). I want specific flights, and am willing to pay a little more than the cheap fares displayed (but not enough for F), but for the flights I want, all they show are L web fares, which get no EQS credit.
Anybody advice?

Please note that CO mileage is accrued ONLY on inter-island flights (not flights from the mainland). I figured I'd throw this in since some posters have missed this in the past.
In terms of finding a specific fare class, you may have to book through travelocity. Do a "flexible date search" and view the rules of each fare until you find one that qualifies. Otherwise, you might have to call HA and book your tickets directly.
