Online Travel Booking and Bidding Agencies - Orbitz customer service HELP!

I booked a vacation package last week using Orbitz.com-- When i was on the site today, i notice that price is over $200 LESS -- i contacted customer service to inquire about a refund/adjustment, and i was pretty much laughed at, with a rep telling me that don't do that with vacation packages-- i find this horrible! Does anyone know who i can contact higher up at Orbitz? Can i contact my credit card for help (AMEX) ??
any help would be great!

I looked on Orbitz for a while, but the refund policy seems pretty tough.
"Cancellations of your Orbitz package will incur a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will depend on when you cancel.
Your package must be canceled as a whole. Individual flight, hotel or car rental components cannot be canceled separately. The air portion of your package is 100% non-refundable. You will have to pay cancellation fees imposed by the relevant Travel Supplier.
The refundable portion of your purchase price will be refunded less a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is based on when you cancel your Orbitz Package, as stated in the following schedule:
$50.00 per person for cancellations made more than 1 day prior to departure date."
On my first pass though, I saw that $50 fee and thought maybe it wouldn't be too bad. Then I re-read it and saw that the air portion is 100% non-refundable. I don't see anything that will help you.

The Orbitz policy is very clear.
They are just following their rules; otherwise people would book and make many changes. I do not see how AMEX will help; just because the price went down since you booked.
What would you say if they came after you for money in case the price got bumped up $200? You've got no good case here, sorry.
