Yes, Jetblue flies to Burlington 4 times a day, all 4 on A320s.

Yes, all the A320s have in-seat tv screens with live DirecTV and XM Radio.

On the whole, I would expect your experience to be very good. The few times I've flown with Jetblue, it's been very, very good. You'll likely have fun, friendly crew, you'll definitely have new, clean aircraft, and you'll probably be pleasantly surprised. Of course, there are exceptionally good and bad crewmembers at every airline, but Jetblue seems to provide a very good product.

I just want to add, JetBlue will be running 5 flights from JFK to Burlington this summer :]. I'd avoid an afternoon departure out of JFK, since you'll likely spend more time in ground delays and taxiing than you will in the air.
They'll be a fine airline for New York to Burlington. It's only like 45 minutes in the air, and they manage to serve a quick beverage service and snacks. Whenever I've flown Delta on the ERJ from JFK to Burlington, they've announced that the flight is too short for service and didn't serve anything.
