Other Middle East and Africa Frequent Flyer Programs - MEA - Expired paper ticket, how to reactivate?

Quick question: I am holding an expired paper ticket (MEA ticket number, ticket was issued more than a year ago, in business class) which i would like to use at a later point this year. Can I walk into any MEA ticket office and apply the value of the expired ticket to the purchase of a new ticket? Or do I need to go to the travel agent where I booked it (would be quite inconvenient)?

I am pretty sure that you would need to contact the travel agency that issued the ticket. You don't need to go to them in person but if you mail it, send certified mail, return receipt requested.
