American Express Membership Rewards - 109K Delta Miles - Don't know how to transfer

I have 109K Delta AMEX points... is there a way to transfer them to my regular AMEX Plat account? I have over 200K AMEX points in my Plat account. How can I best use the Delta Points?

I'm i'm not mistaken, Delta points are actually sky miles, whereas platinum points of MR points. Therefore, they are not the same.

i do not believe u can transfer them to mr..u might be able to transfer them to a delta partner??

Delta doesn't really have any means to get points out of the SkyMiles program other than redeeming them for DL rewards. The MR points can be moved into the SkyMiles account but the other direction is not possible.

Except because of the merger, you can transfer the Skymiles points to NW without a problem, and sometimes it's easier to find FF seats on NW.

If you go the other way, Amex to Delta, they're doing a 20% premium right now. Just a note - it takes a week for the extra 20% to show up.
