Normally scarce as hen's teeth, there's a glut of NZ C award seats avaliable from LAX to AKL (and hence Australia) every Sunday from 24 May.
Of course it's high-season in the other direction so flights to LAX are a lot harder to come by - might have to slum it on UA - but it seems like the homebound NZ planes from LAX are flying empty.
ANA tool can't count past 4 but it looks as if the whole C cabin is available for awards on NZ5 on those Sundays.
