I have not flown HA from the Mainland since 1992...on an ex-AA DC-10...many many years ago! We were thinking of flying PDX-OGG this April.

On that flight many years ago, they were selling (LAX-HNL) upgrades at the gate for $150...obviously inflation has taken hold, but DL sold upgrades last April LAX-OGG for $200. Does HA sell upgrades as well?

Thanks,

Mike

The last few times I've flown HA, upgrades have been offered as part of OLCI. They were making announcements at the gate as well offering them for $???.

Expect a minimum of $349. If you really want it, check in online at 24 hours before your flight. They do often fill up the F cabin prior to the gate with people upgrading with cash or miles once online check in is available at the 24 hr mark.(if it's available for cash upgrade it's also available for a 25,000 mile upgrade)
