Yesterday, an Anonymous "SAA executive" takes umbrage with Gerwel's response (http://www.thetimes.co.za/Business/BusinessTimes/Article1.aspx?id=968932), and feels that Marcia Klein didn't get her questions answered, and whose letter describes the makings of scandal (IMO), but which will be ignored (IMO)...
And today, SA Airlines see no need for alarm bells (http://www.businessday.co.za/articles/topstories.aspx?ID=BD4A969869) in the current economic climate...nobody ever said that the airline leadership needs to lead, when reacting seems to be just fine...
