On your mileage statement page is now a listing of all upcoming purchased and held itineraries, with a "button" to view the former and purchase/cancel the latter.

WooHoo! No more searching for my booking number.
Hey! This flight is now $200 cheaper than when I bought it! Do you think if I called them it would make a difference? I know, I know- its always a crapshoot.
(I just put into Yapta and it only came up about $60 cheaper)

Poo. Oh well. I saw my flights filling up when the price was $700+, so I can't feel too bad.....

I did call HA today, explained that I bought the ticket for $540 and it is now $337. There is a $100 change fee, but they did give me a credit for the rest. So, looks like I have another reason to go back! (like I needed another reason?)
My mom's flight on UA dropped (she bought last year at the apex of prices) and they just sent her a $300 credit. (and here people thought a Social Studies teacher couldn't use the word apex)
