I will be traveling BKK-ICN (in C, no F cabins on this route) and ICN-LAX in F.
Do you know which lounge I can utilize at BKK airport? Am I able to use the TG F Lounge since I'm on a Star Alliance F ticket? Thanks.

Officially, you only have access to TG C lounge.
It doesn't hurt to ask for F lounge access, though.
International First Class Customers: Customers have access to International First Class and/or any Star Alliance member carriers' own lounges.
Customer must present a boarding card for the same day travel in international First Class on a Star Alliance flight
Customer must be departing from the local airport in International First Class
Customer is entitled to one guest

OP doesn't have access to the TG F lounge because he/she is not traveling in F from BKK as kkjay77 pointed out.
globetraveler can, however, also access the SQ's SKL @ BKK that I prefer if for some reason traveling in C instead of F.
If flying out of BKK on OZ, you will be given a lounge invite to the Louis Tavern CIP C lounge, not the TG lounge. You can however still access the TG or SQ C lounges as per the *A rules, which in my opinion are all way better than the LT CIP lounge.
If I was in this position though, I'd certainly try to get into the TG F lounge first, using the OZ F BP.

Been there, done that, although not in BKK, but in HKG.
Try to use UA IFL in HKG, was wellcomed at first, then the agent came back and ask for my HKG-ICN boarding pass, saw that it is C (ICN-ORD in F), kicked back to the RCC, I have time to grab a bottle of fresh mago juice from the fridge before I leave.
They had been stricter than ever about who can use and who can't.

As stated, you will not have access to the F lounge.
My gripe about the SQ lounge is they are positioned in a far-flung area and didn't include bathrooms in the lounge. Oh, and the last time in there (granted it was immediately after opening in June) they had all the fixings for a morning bloody mary - except tomato juice.
TG generally has a better booze selection and pathetic food selection.

After looking into this a bit further, it clearly states that any *A passenger traveling in F is elgible to use any other *A F Lounge.

I guess I am technically allowed to use the TG F Lounge on day of departure.

Please read the rule again.
It says "Customer must be departing from the local airport in International First Class"
