I've narrowed my search for a no-fee small-business amex credit card down to these two... but I haven't figured out if there are any differences between them.

Are they identical or do they have differing features?

Addendum: as per this very helpful thread http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/american-express-membership-rewards/778922-mre-vs-mr-vs-mrf.html that I only found now, I will not be applying for either of these card because you cannot transfer the points earned to FF miles because these cards enroll you into MR express rather than the usual MR.
