American Express Membership Rewards - Amex IDC Private Banks?

Does anyone know which private banks worldwide that issue IDC Amex cards its account holders? Thanks in advance.

Standard Chartered, Miami (the offshore version), for one. Several Swiss banks offer it as well.

HSBC offshore (Jersey)
Finansbank (sp) Switzerland
Credit Suisse, which also issues Amex cards in Switzerland
