Australia, New Zealand & the South Pacific - Best Seats LAX-Nadi-Air Pacific?

What are the best seats for this route in economy? Two adults,no kids. If anyone has taken this route on their 747 recently, please let me know. I have looked at seatguru but I can't rely on that.
