US Airways Dividend Miles - Take Flight Voucher question

I know they can be used for either a 48-state round-trip, or can be applied as a $200 credit to a revenue ticket.

My question concerns the latter: can this credit be applied to a one-way ticket?

yes, they can be used towards any ticket, One Way, Round Trip, Circle Trip, Open Jaw...doesn't matter.
Taxes are not included, so PFCs, 9/11 Fee, etc will be collected.
If the fare is less than $200, no credit is given.
If the fare is more than $200, additional collection is required.
I've used a couple of them without difficulty.

I think the $200 option is better, because it allows you to earn Mileage (and elite miles too). I think the Gate Agents should fully disclose (during the annoucements) that the free tickets are capacity controlled and you don't earn any miles. This is told to you ONLY after you have accepted the offer. Maybe they've changed it.

Nope still the same. i'd use the $200 off to get the EQM booking any class of service and chance for F upgrades (if your us elite)

on a side note i think its funny people are trying to sell them on ebay. The current bid prices are more than what the certificate is really worth. what really bothers me is some listings say no blackout dates which is a total lie.

Question: is there any sort of mail-in option for these? I would have to take a flight to get to a US ticket counter, and the hours they are open are very, very limited too.
