No, marketing promos usually pick up 1.5-2 months out.
The only deals that are usually set this far in advance are the "Direct Advantage" type deals where reserving a room directly through the hotel is discounted based on how far out your dates are; I think TI you can get up to 30% off by reserving now for Nov-Dec. If I remember correctly, there are similar deals for the Mirage, Bellagio, and NYNY have similar deals.

as briankoenig said... the best promotions are coming 1-2 months before your stay... check terms and conditions, because most of the rates can be cancelled, so just change your booking if a better rate comes up.
