I've been trying to pull up my May reservation using the "Review booking" function on the U.S. version of the web site. After putting in the requested information the web site shows the spinning blobs for a while and then shows
"Service Temporarily Unavailable
We are unable to process your request at the current time.
We apologise for any inconvenience. Please try again later or call 0800 737 000 to speak to an Air New Zealand Reservations Consultant."
