I think I might have seen one but www.bahrainairport.com should give you an answer

No arrivals lounge. I'd still go up and ask if you can use the facility. If you have status with GF that will help.

I'd do as Cedar Jet suggests; however when I asked if I could use it as an arrivals lounge on the basis of my J BP I was rejected. I was traveling onward on a Y ticket. :(

If you have a J onward ticket you should be fine; otherwise head straight to the transit desk and the person there may, miraculously, arrange something for you.
